Jill Olson, MS, RDN

Born and raised in a little country town called Marysville, California native Jill Olson currently resides in Rocklin. Her career began in 2013. As a Division 1 college swimmer, Ms. Olson’s passion for performance and living an optimal lifestyle led her into the health field. Her education (she received her undergraduate degree at University of California Davis in Clinical Nutrition and master’s in food and nutrition science with an emphasis in sports nutrition from Florida State University) and experience in the private sector earned her the title of Registered Dietitian, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach at Plante Wellness.
It all began at a YMCA in Ohio, where she served as Wellness Director. Life took her back to the west coast where she had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, elite youth athletes and military personnel in San Diego. Since then, Jill has worked in the corporate wellness arena and most recently at a preventative care clinic, where integrated health is prevalent. Her experience in lifestyle and nutrition therapies for weight loss and helping patients realize a more restful night’s sleep has made her a well sought-after provider when it comes to diet and disease management; delivering successful outcomes for patients.
She entered the health field because she loves helping individuals become the very best that they can be by proactively pursuing optimal health. She strives to make a difference in her patients’ lives by implementing small yet sustainable changes in their nutrition and exercise routine.
Jill believes in performance-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching can change a person’s life…and she’s walks the walk! On her off days you can find Jill in the kitchen where she loves to bake while listening to music. She truly enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies (cat and dog) and friends. The outdoors is her favorite place to be – doesn’t matter where – she just wants to take in the scenery while boating, fishing, skiing or even just driving along the coast to play in the water.

We use an interactive approach together with body composition to design a nutrition and exercise plan using whole foods, specialized lab and food sensitivity testing when necessary, and supplementation to help you feel your best from the inside out.
