Health Coach Jessica Sheya

Jessica Roney Sheya is a certified health coach with extensive training in fitness, nutrition, and health and wellness. Jessica earned a degree in sociology from San Jose State University and a masters in rehabilitation counseling from San Francisco State. She has worked in a variety of settings where inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential was her goal.

Her lifelong passion for health and wellness was tested following an accident which left her disabled from the waist down. Through perseverance and hard work she was not only able to walk again, but has gone on to complete five marathons to date. She uses this experience to inspire and motivate positive health changes in countless individuals.

Jessica is excited to partner with Cornerstone Wellness MD to offer body composition analysis, detailed personalized exercise and nutrition plans, and lifestyle coaching. With tailored visits and an interactive website, Jessica has both the personal and professional experience to help patients improve their fitness potential, slow age-related decline, prevent pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes.

Jessica lives in Land Park with her two children. She enjoys outdoor fitness related activities and spending time with friends and family.
